The DSCR Desk is a lead generation and analysis service for real-estate investors. When you request a DSCR Analysis, your scenario is reviewed and your information is connected with a licensed loan originator who can discuss financing options with you. The DSCR Desk itself does not make, fund, or commit to loans, does not take loan applications, and does not quote rates or terms as offers.

Business-purpose focus

The scenarios reviewed through this website involve business-purpose financing secured by non-owner-occupied investment property — such as acquiring or refinancing rental property. This website is not intended for consumer-purpose loans, loans on primary residences, or loans for personal, family, or household use.
