• To respond to your inquiries and evaluate loan scenarios
• To prepare your DSCR Analysis and connect you with a licensed loan originator
• To operate, maintain, and improve this website

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. Nonpublic personal information collected during your analysis request is shared only as needed to originate your loan (for example, with lenders, credit bureaus, and settlement service providers) or as required by law.

Working with lenders

If you choose to move forward after your Analysis, any loan application is taken by a licensed loan originator through a secure origination platform. Information submitted there is also governed by that platform's privacy policy and by the federal privacy notices you receive during the application process (including those required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act).

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Text messaging (SMS) and consent

If you check the SMS consent box when requesting a DSCR Analysis, you authorize The Young Group, Inc. (The DSCR Desk) to send you text messages and calls about your analysis and related services, possibly using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (e.g., our messaging platform provider).
